| - Awful. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a small SUV but we honestly don't know which to go with so we checked out Mazda on Centennial (who was great) then decided to check out the Grand Cherokee here. At first it was fine, we asked about the SUV and got some answers - basic questions like car features, colors, etc.
They sat us inside even though we really can't buy a car until we settle other family stuff first and, of course, they didn't understand that. They do the "secret weapon" move of bringing the manager over to beg you to buy a car and what can they do and show you numbers and why they're better than other car brands. It was too much. Like, seriously, bring 20 managers if you want...We're not buying so if they don't want to listen to our "we're just looking", they're wasting their own time. I actually did want to test drive the Grand Cherokee thr next day but after my husband and I left, he wasn't for the Cherokee anymore so I said okay, no worries we'll look for others. The Mazda was just more in our price range. We told the salesman and he kept trying to push other types of Jeeps on us. My husband told him NO we don't like those, we came specifically to see the Grand Cherokee and it just doesn't work with our budget. We cancelled our appointment that we had to to a test drive but then they actually called my husband back AGAIN to try to convince him to come in and why wasn't he coming and which other cars he was interested and why. Like, calm down, MOM. The last time I saw an interrogation like that was when I was 15 and snuck out at night to go hang out with friends and my mom caught me.
On the way out, the salesman kept saying "are you sure you don't want to buy it? I have the keys! Come on, take it, you know you want to!" Ugh how about act professional and like an adult. I would never buy a car from this place. We might just end up going with BMW. It's pricier but they're classier.
Don't go!
