rev:text	This is one of those reviews where you're forced to give 1 star in order to write a review. I was in a wreck and came to pick my car up the following day. I was frustrated because all city towing took my vehicle 22 miles away from me and about 20 miles away from where the wreck happened. When we got there we spoke with Claudia. She explained that in order for my car to be towed back to my place of residence they would charge 285 for the hook alone then additional amount for the mileage. What a scam. I've never dealt with greedier people. I called other tow sevices and found that they were WAYYYYY more fair in pricing.I spent over $100 less with everything included. The frist day we went we were unsuccessful in getting my car back due to the car being register in my dad's name. Once before when I needed to get my car back from a different lot (still belonging to All City Towing) they handed my car back to me without this being an issue. I though it was strange but I knew it was not the girl's fault. We then asked her about getting the car the next day, which was a Sunday. She mentioned they were closed but we'd still be charged that day anyway. As the consumer I felt like we ad the right to question their method but the lady at the counter was extremely defensive and showed zero empathy and just kept saying "we don't need to be open..." and "we don't need to work 7 days of the week.." We were questioning why is it that they would charge us an extra day when we are not given the opportunity to pick it up. She was just defensive and basically said that wasn't their problem. I really could not believe how shitty we were treated by her and this shady business. I made sure they were not taking another cent of mine and called a wonderful tow service that took good care of us and went above and beyond. If you get anything from this review let it be *****MAKE SURE TO CALL OTHER TOW SERVICES TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE WHERE YOU NEED IT BEFORE PAYING THIS OVERPRICED PEOPLE.
