  • After expressing my satisfaction about the service I received, I now have discovered that they are trying to get more money from me! Was the package heavier than I had reported? No, the weight was the same on my receipt. Or was it larger than I had stated? Nope, I got that right too. Did they suddenly move the destination of my package farther away? I've checked all of the maps, and the destination city is in the same spot. So why the change in price? The only logical conclusions are either an improperly quoted price (not my fault), or I am the victim of the old bait and switch. I am disputing this charge, and I hope that this review saves others from being bilked like I have.
