  • It is extremely frustrating for a customer when there is a massive line up of people waiting for a table and many empty tables ready to go with no one being seated and a hostess that doesn't seem to know whats going on. I hope someone from management reviews these comments. These people are all trying to grab a bite to eat at your restaurant before catching their flight and many are walking away frustrated and hungry because the staff are incompetent...translates to a huge amount of lost $$$ for you.
