  • was looking for hotel in Chandler/Tempe area. Most were right about $200 per night. I saw this one at $58 and was scared to death. checked out location on line (as some parts of Chandler are not nice) and area was okay. Took a shot in the dark and had low expectations. it was an old hotel, ancient, but clean. great staff, very nice lady at front desk. quiet and 60% LESS than any other place. i'd stay here again if it was same pricing.
