  • I was pretty disappointed with the hairdresser today. It was my first time with her and most likely my last time at chatters I will be going to diva from now on. The prices are way to high for the quality of the work here. I had my haircut just 2 inch's and she did it so quickly and then was blow drying my hair and she kept it way to close to my scalp so I felt like she was burning my head and she apologized but I shouldn't have to tell the hairdresser how to do a simple job everyone knows you don't hold a hair dryer that close to someone's scalp let alone hold it their for more then 60 seconds. I asked her how I can keep my split ends under control but she didn't seem to know much about it. She didn't try to sell me any products that could benefit my needs which I was annoyed by. To top it off I have side burns and I asked if she could get rid of them and she said well we normally wax them off and she replied with well I don't know how much it costs like 7-10$ or something , I felt as though she didn't really care for me to be their. And I paid 46$ for a trim and I was basically telling her where to cut off. I am sad I use to come to chatters all the time but the service has gone down so much. I just want to let anyone know that these hairdressers need to be re taught some things.
