  • I'm saddened to write this review after being a loyal platinum membership cardholder for many years. Their 3 casinos use to be a great place to go for so many reasons, NOT anymore! I've spent a lot of money in gambling yet rewarded in average amounts of wins, food, gift shop, hotel, etc. Even though I lost money, I was made to feel that it wasn't a total loss due to all the rewards in return. This enjoyment lasted several years until management changed, new CEO came on board last year. Gift shop rewards ended, Gambling payouts became less, much tighter machines. Now they have spent our money to change their membership program in advertising with the lies that everything is bigger & better..the bigger & better is only for the pockets of the new CEO & his board of greedy members. Those of us who spent thousands of dollars over the years built up comp accounts which allowed us an opportunity to enjoy the amenities. With their new program, they stole it back and took everything away and left us with a small comp bank in hopes of us starting all over again. We are heartbroken and I'm speaking for dozens of members who are just sick over our loss. This is only a small part of all that has been taken away. And to top it off, the machines have gotten so tight that they squeak when you put your money in to gamble. It's not fun anymore! What a facade this new regime has created., SHAME ON YOU! Just remember, there are other casinos in town to give our money to.
