Service was pretty good. Red wine was not at cellar temperature. Salad and sides were so-so. But my prime New York Sirloin was not good at all. It was super salty and a bit tough. What is a "New York Sirloin" anyway? New York strip and sirloin are two different cuts of meat. I don't mind paying a bit for a great meal with great service, but this doesn't make the cut. Pass. So many better places in Vegas.
