We love Dr Osborn, she is our favorite. She unfortunately though is the only reason we stay at Pleasant Pediatrics, the nursing staff and MAs are horrible. I have yet to have a single good experience with one of them. They are unprofessional. I cant even think of a particular instance because they have ALL been bad. We had a nurse randomly walk into our room and say my son needed a rectal temp. After I argued and said I wasn't sure why, I finally let her do it. Afterwards she said "oops I think im in the wrong room" and she ran out without saying a word to us.
I called yesterday in a bit of a panic as my 11 month old was having a sever allergic reaction to a nurse answering the phone telling me she had no advice, she didn't know what I could give him and she had no one else to ask because everyone was at lunch. I asked if I should take him to the ER and she said " I don't know, if you want." I asked if i could give him Benadryl and she said "I dont know what babies that age can have" I asked if I could bring him in then and she said " were really busy today"
I litereally dread all experince with all the nurses. I wish Dr Osborn would leave so that we could follow her to somewhere with more competent and better trained staff.
