  • My big taste find today was the Venezulean Food Truck called The Rika Arepa Express. They had chicken, shredded beef and pork sandwiches somewhat like an empanada. They give out little taster samples the size of a quarter and that gives you a good idea of what to expect. I chose to order the #1 Reina Pepiada which is Shredded Chicken Breast, Avocado, Peas and mayo. That one is served cold like a chicken salad. I followed that with a Passion Fruit juice. It was a refreshing lunch. They were very friendly. I had a taste of the #3 which was a shredded pork sandwich and that will probably be my choice next time. Very good food, fresh and nice new tastes to experience.
