  • This review is for the out patient surgery center. Does not keep a receptionist at front as she is busy registering patients. Leaves those who need to check in standing around waiting for answers. Biggest issue I had was with the restrooms. Have to leave eating area and go down a hall only to find you need a key. When you come back you have to search for someone to give you a key. Then when you find someone, you are made to feel like a criminal with questions on who you are, who you are to see and what procedure. Wow...fortunately i was just a spouse and it was my husband who had to do the prep for a colonoscopy. Seriously, $5,000 co pay for the surgery and you can't give me a key to the restroom?
