  • My new favorite sushi restaurant in town. The sashimi is the best I've ever had. Chef/owner John came out to our table to explain his methodology and techniques; truly a unique experience. The staff was super knowledgable and friendly; a pleasure to interact with. I can't say enough about this restaurant. How's this: I actually like uni now. It was that good. Try the Catalina Island uni. You won't regret it. And it will make up for all the terrible uni you've had in the past. :)
