  • Just resigned my lease here. It's not the best apartment I've lived in but not the worst. Pros: spacious apartments, affordable, convenient location, quiet for the most part, and friendly staff. Cons: few amenities, no outside storage, washers/driers on site are normally broken, no microwave in apartments, and they do a walkthru inspection every 90 days. To me that seems a little much. Almost an invasion of privacy.
