I was visiting my friend in the area and she wanted to get nails done. I was skeptical cause I usually go to only one nail place but it's 30min south of where we were so we just went to this one that she suggested since it had 4.5 star rating. We went shortly after they opened and had no wait. We walked in, there was one person getting a pedi and one getting a mani. No one greater us upon arrival but they did manage to speak to each other in their language after looking at us walking in. Then they asked what we wanted and we replied with pedicures. They asked us to pick our colors and to sit at the chairs they pointed to. Sat down and the lady had already filled the chair with the water for my feet. I stuck my feet in and it was scalding hot. I couldn't even put my whole feet under the water. She had to empty it out a little and adjust the tempt. I made sure to check the temp before actually sticking my whole feet in this time. During the pedi there was little to none conversations initiated by the lady. But she had a lot to say to her coworkers. After she did my nails, I checked them and noticed there were a couple spots that needed some attention. I asked her to fix it. She did, but afterwards I looked even more closely and noticed she didn't clean a few of my nails, there were still nail color in between my nail and skin. I didn't even bother having her fix it cause she had already walked away from the chair. I did it myself. After this experience, I will stick to my original nail lady.
