  • Just saw stopped by to get some foreign currency from this location. Inside the US Bank branch they have arrangement with a company that provides foreign currency. I walked in and was greeted and directed to the lady at the foreign currency desk. She seemed rather inconvenienced in having to set her phone down to help a customer. I explained what I needed which was a very small order of currency and she was beside herself at the amount I needed. I am doubtful the size of my order impacts her job much. At any rate she tells me she has no pesos and to come back later. So why the negative review for US Bank? As I was walking out she starts to gossip with the tellers about my request for such a small amount of foreign currency. The tellers all giggle and laugh amongst themselves. If anyone had any intelligence among the group they would realize that perhaps me waking into the bank needing currency could lead to other business for the bank but alas they are too immature to realize that. I get much better customer service at my mega bank. Unfortunately my mega bank does not keep foreign currency on hand and I liked the appeal of not having to order it. Given the poor customer service by a the folks at US Bank and their affiliated foreign currency partners I reminded how much I appreciate my mega bank.
