Employees are beyond rude. My flight was on time when I left for the airport, but was delayed 3 times once I arrived. I had a first class ticket, which I thought entitled me to club access. I have a medical condition that is not obivious, but aggravated by sitting in the terminal chairs. After 3 hours I entered the club, and was rudely informed that it was not a first class lounge, and I had to have an international ticket, or could pay $50 for a day pass. Not knowing if I would be there 5 minutes or 5 hours I declined. I was also rudely informed I could have bought a day pass at booking. Like I knew 2 month
s ago that I would be sitting in an airport for 6 hours, nor do I make it a habit of arriving at the airport 5 hours before my flight. When they are responisible for a delay of 5+ hours. access should be open to first class customers. Why don't they just build the $50 into the price of a first class ticket?
