  • My purchasing experience was fine with these guys. Got a sofa and dining set from them and they all turned out beautifully. The cushions for the sofa are a nice firmness and the upholstery is quite well done. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cushion covers are unzippable/removable. The live edge tables look fantastic. In-store service was stellar but I've found that it can depend on the person you get. I was received well my first two times in the store but on my more recent return found the guy at the counter to be as cold as winter. Production time took the full 10 weeks I was quoted and delivery was scheduled for two weeks after that. The delivery guys were excellent and were attentive, taking great care not to damage the furniture or my property. One of the guys actually worked in the shop and does woodwork and you can tell he loves his craft. Prices are a touch higher than nearby places like EQ3 that also do custom upholstery, but I find the quality is better here. There are sales/promos a few times a year so if you aren't in a rush, you can hold out for one of them (join their e-mail list). For live edge tables, you may be able to get a better deal by directly going to a woodworking shop, but you may get a nicer retail experience here by being able to view more finished pieces. For now I love the pieces and will report back depending on how they hold up in the long run.
