  • Being from South Louisiana, Razoo's had a lot to prove to me. However, I was pleasantly surprised! This is very much a "corporate" chain and will not ever provide that "jazz" you find in true Cajun Cuisine. I had Stuffed Fish with Rice and Green Beans...it was nice. Was it like a true New Orleans dish? No, but it gives me a nice taste of home. The atmosphere was fun and greatly decorated! Some must haves are: Hurricanes, crawfish, alligator....Enjoy!
