  • I don't like coming to this location due to the weird staff. Unfortunately today, it was convenient for me to stop by for a walk in because it's close to my kids school. Note they have a "walk ins welcome" blasted on their door lol. I went in due to my child complaining of pain. I told the receptionist I didn't have an appointment and she looked at me as if she was lost. She told me have a seat and that it'd be a wait because I was a walk in. Fine with me, I don't mind waiting but after a whole hour of not even getting called to fill out paper work I had to leave. I kept my composure because although I didn't have an appointment, I felt she should've been more considerate of us.Don't make your patients feel unrecognized and expect them not to be pissed. The office had 3 patients. All of whom got paperwork to fill out. So much for walk ins "welcome".
