I'd give Hall Farm a 3.5. Parking is iffy, but we had a great little "musical" tractor ride for only a few bucks...my son really enjoyed it! It was about 15-20 min and they played Halloween music the whole time. Additionally, there's a lot of fun stuff for kids to play with here; old fashioned tractor, water station, huge slide, fire engine, sand box...not a bad way to spend the morning. It was a bit too small and crowded with a chaotic feel to it. The staff were harried and as a result not as friendly as I'm used to at family farms, but overall it was a fun place to visit and for the low cost I would certainly recommend you check it out. Try to go during non-peak hours.
