  • Ditto on the negatives from all reviews. We are fairly new to the east valley and chose this practice due to its proximity to our home. Over the two years we have gone to them, between billing, work and constant badgering of staff for work they felt was necessary (we are 64 years old, have visited a dentist twice yearly all our lives, have had major work done over the years to keep our teeth, understand the importance of good dental hygiene, etc), dentist blaming front office staff for miscommunication of work to be performed, waiting 1/2 hour before even being taken back for a 4 hour (yes 4 hour (root canal and crown which wasn't even done ) appt,) ... We finally said enough was enough and left their practice. There are way too many dentists in this area to have to put up with this.
