  • Beautiful store on the inside. The employees I met are beyond wonderful and helpful. My only complaint is the operators. I called in a few times, long wait times and when you finally get someone, they're snotty and rude. I was looking for someone specific that works as a manager at that location and se transferred me to a random counter. Before I could say anything and ask a question, she put me on hold. I called back a second time and the woman who answered that time was even more rude. She said "what do you want!!! I can't transfer you unless you have an extension. That's not how it works here!!" I simply asked "Hi, can you transfer me to 'Jan Smith' please?" She basically made me feel like I was an idiot. You answer a phone, how hard is it to be nice? Baffling. I would've given 5 stars, but the phone operator service is the least desirable experience I've had with this Macy's.
