  • I spent $111 on a Mother's Day arrangement for my mom. It was never delivered. I left several messages with their office and answering service and never even received a call back. Then when I finally talk to someone I was told the order was cancelled do to them not delivering to surprise area but still charged my card and never notified me. Then she proceeds to tell me it's ok because it's not then end of the world!!!! Most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.
