Not your typical RD that's for sure. Karen helped me to identify some serious food allergies. After frustrating visits to the doctors, who did not look into my health issues closely enough, Karen was able to help me change the way I ate. No guilt, no diet, no restrictions, just a common sense approach with helpful suggestions. I didn't know how bad I felt, until I felt so good. Eating bread every day (like Oprah) is not for me, but I don't have to... I still lost 17lbs. and I feel terrific. My new eating lifestyle is not a challenge but an adventure.
