  • Brian was great; he was helpful, polite and honest. However, that is where the positives end with this place. Everyone other than Brian that I dealt with was rude and snippy. They were incredibly condescending and sarcastic when they spoke to me ,and they had no courtesy for my time. I brought my car in for a 3:15 appointment, and at 4:30 my car hadn't even moved from where I parked it. When I asked about it, the man up front had a sarcastic response and nothing even remotely apologetic to say. Then, I simply asked how long it would take once my car got back there, and he, again, had a condescending response. To top it all off, after waiting for 2 hours for them to change a single tire, they made me wait another 20 minutes just to get my keys and pay. They helped four new customers before letting me check out. I understand that things run late sometimes, but the lack of customer service and consideration for my business and time, was appalling. Overall, my experience was unpleasant. I will definitely not be back to this store. Ever.
