  • I've never left a bad review, nor have I ever felt so inclined to. These guys take the cake (literally) on poor service and, communication. I have never dealt with an apartment company that could have been harder to work with. Half way through my lease ownership changed and it all went down hill. At check out they tried holding me to the new management companies contract that I never signed. I literally had to read the fine print of my signed contract to the front office to get out my lease because they wanted the "new" lease, with the new managing company, that I never signed to take president. They charged ridiculous amounts for damages at check out than were not even rational. In excess of $1000, this will happen to you too. I never had a problem making payment living there. At checkout I made my final payment on time and they still sent my account to collections. Even though they had a check for payment in their hands. They were so unorganized and disjointed in the front office that they couldn't process routine procedures required for running a business. Living at this complex you will only find that the aesthetics and luxurious accommodations are a face to their greed. They will attempt to take you for as much as they "legally" can. Best of luck. Stay clear.
