  • If I could give a -1 star I would..... Bought fiance and engagement ring from them and recieved excellent service from a store bought ring right out of the case, went in to add a wedding custom wedding band the way she wanted it and got it 2 days late on our wedding day and bent!!!!! Recieved phone calls from the rude sales lady the night before at 9 pm and then the day of my wedding from the district manager who was also rude and disregarding the fact that the ring was not ready and tell me what had happened the night before didn't matter! I do not recommend this store if you want a custom or modified ring, the work is subpar and they do not own up to there mistakes! The district manager Albert did not care about the terrible work they did and just want to refund my already payed money and push aside..... I recommend avoiding this place at all cost!
