  • This place is a F*CKEN joke. The workers are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It's so bad there that if I had a choice, I would have given ZERO stars. To summarize this place, it's in the ghetto and it is ghetto. The residents that live in the apartment complex are ghetto. Residents seem to not care that other people live around and make noise at all times of the day. Residents try to claim parking stalls that are vacant, but when assigned, they still continue to park in your stall. The speed bumps are really annoying and bad for your vehicles. This place is GHETTO. Read on if you want details of how ridiculous this place is: I moved here because the price was decent and at the time I could only afford what they were offering. The moving in process was fine. I toured apartments with Chelsea who was the ONLY PERSON I would choose to speak to since everyone else were rude and lacked customer service skills. Within 2 months of living there a couple moved into the apartment next to me. A couple weeks later, I come home to a bullet hole in my living room wall. The bullet launched into my apartment and landed itself into ground between my rug and the cement under the rug. I called the police and filed a report. My neighbor's friend was apparently "CLEANING" the gun and it accidentally went off. He managed to clip his hand and miss my 2 dogs who were in their kennel by less than a foot. As outraged as I was, there was no charges pressed against my neighbors since they had a clean record. BULLSHIT. As months go on, Metro Police seems to be visiting my neighbors for domestics. I never called the police on them so I'm not sure who did or why they were actually there. All I know is if there are 3 police cars surrounding the front of your apartment building, it's kinda serious right? I set up a meeting with the resident/property manager the following day. She simply brushed off the incident as if it happened all the time. She said she has close contact with Metro Police and this "type of incident" happens more often than everyone thinks. THATS NOT THE FUCKEN POINT. The point is what if I was home? What if I was shot? What boggled my mind was that she had no clue that this had happened even thought she claims to have close contact with Metro Police. Jennifer Greene is a bullshit liar who is a sorry ass excuse for a resident/property manager. Now that I moved out, I'm much happier to be away from this SH!T hole. I recently called to see if they could check my mail box for any remaining mail that may have been sent to my old address, I had submitted a change of address a while ago, but just wanted to check with them incase anything slipped through the post office. Mike in the office said no. I asked for the resident/property manager and he said she is not available. He started to use a aggressive tone with me about the process how they change the locks on the apartments and mailboxes. Honestly I wasn't calling for the lock changing process. I just want my f*cken mail.
