  • Ok so I was this other cab company screwed me over, and I came across VIP on yelp..I must've called 4 other companies . .Anyways I had 45 minutes to get to my destination. I called VIP , this guy answers, told him my situation , that I HAVE to leave in 10-15 min in order to be on time . He told me he's the driver not the dispatcher so if he says 15 min, it'll be 15 minutes and asked me to prepay . fine so I prepaid ( which makes sense).. Although I was a bit reluctant about prepay but I was desperate... I waited outside, Seriously 15 minutes he pulled up. Customer Service: he said hi, got me to my destination 5 minutes early. We chatted a bit on the ride. Overall I would definitely call him again. When I read the other reviews I laughed when people said he was " rude" etc. the way I see it; you're calling a cab cuz u need a ride. I'm satisfied with a hi.....Then again I'm the person that wants to get in and out of a store, when I get my hair done; just get it done I'm not interested in small talk. All that mattered to me was that he picked me up when he said he was going to, and got me to my dest. on time. Period.
