  • really unhappy with our experience with this company. it started when they showed up an hour earlier than our appointment "window." I wasn't home and he said he'd stay for another 15 minutes and then we'd have to reschedule. luckily I was about 20 minutes away so he waited. he looked at our water heater for 5-10 minutes, knocked on my door and said we needed some "components" and that he had to make a phone call to get a quote and it would be about two hours and they'd get back to us. meanwhile, the office lady will be calling me to collect the $89 service call fee. never heard back even after I followed up with them in the late afternoon. finally i called at 9am the next morning and talked to Nick who supposedly is the owner, but ironically the service guy was Nick also. same person?? he talked as if they weren't the same person, but is was a little strange! anyway, long story short we cancelled our business with them, and after a little hassle they returned our $89. we went with Lawson's Family Plumbing instead. turns out it had nothing to do with our water heater, just a valve in our shower faucet. $233 and it's fixed. ++ side note: AZ Preferred Plumbing is the same business as ASAP Plumbing ++
