| - 3 Strikes and You're OUT...STRIKE 1 - So, first of all, NEVER let them do a "courtesy car wash". The 1st time I took my car there, I never asked, but they gave me a "courtesy car wash." Well, their car wash is not brushless and you can not wash my type of car with brushes. They proceeded to try to hide the fact they tore my bumper off in the car wash. I took it to the mgr and even though it took a week to fix and it was a hassle, I will say that they replaced it at no charge. This is the reason I gave them a 2nd chance.......STRIKE 2 - I go in for a simple tire change and oil change. I never met the service tech, he was too busy, so another person asks for my keys and says he will take care of it. I ask for a call when my car is ready. "Ok, should be no more than 2 hours" is what I am told. I call 4 hours later because no call has been given. I'm told to come in and it will be ready. I proceed to go to the store and I have to wait another hour and I still don't meet my assigned service tech. So, 5 hours wasted on a work day and to my SURPRISE when I get home, the CHANGE OIL light comes on. I check my oil and NO OIL CHANGE was done! I check my receipt and of course, they charged me for it.......STRIKE 3 - I call the store manager, Scott, and inform him of the situation. He apologizes and says bring in the car and I will PERSONALLY take care of it and give you an oil change, free of charge. How can it be free if I already paid for it? Anyways, he tells me he wants to meet me in person and make sure everything goes right for me. I reluctantly agree because I did not want to waste another minute here to be honest, but I paid for the oil change, so I agree to meet him for a scheduled appt. Shocker, he calls back that day and says he has to cancel our appt. No more lies and no more games. That was it for me. I WOULD RATHER TAKE THE LOSS OF MONEY, THAN TO EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, that's how BAD the service is there. NEVER AGAIN.
