  • HORRIBLE management and customer service, both for store and grooming. The store manager is rude and a liar. The people working in the store including the managers appear lazy and don't know ANYTHING about pets. As for grooming, you are better off taking your dogs to a REAL grooming salon. (There are a few good salons not far from this location). This is one big problem this store has, and it's pretty much the main reason why so many customers stopped doing business with this location and started going to stores where you get better customer service. You walk into this store now a days and there's hardly ever customers shopping, and the cashiers and groomers are always just sitting around or talking to other co workers. You want better customer service, check out other pet stores. Sure this store has lots of products, but so do most other pet stores. But I can tell you the one thing you won't find here, and that's good customer service or management. Will never do business with this store again. Edit: Haha just found out that this store is going out of business. That's what happens when you have nothing but bad management and customer service.
