  • DO NOT. I repeat do not use this service if you actually wish to receive your packages. I do not know how they could have possibly lost two 80 pound extra large boxes, but they did. And no one from corporate, to the 800 number, to the local office employees. No one has any idea where in the entire United States my packages could be.
