  • I commend Benefit Air Conditioning and their personnel for a job well done. Mike was on the phone keeping me up to date. Advising what to expect. This added to a successful installation for my new Trane A\C. Scott arrived along with his helper Luis. He again informed me what to expect and what work they would be performing. All transpired as told. He kept me up to date as to what was happening next. Scotts demeanor and quality work skill level were evident from the start. Luis was a good worker. I have owned and operated Local and International companies.So I know the value of a skilled employee. Scott is an asset to your company. I observed his ability first hand. The first man of contact for Benefit Air Conditioning was Mac. He has the ability to convey the company image in a business like manner and yet friendly. He knows his craft.
