  • Great experience dealing with Al Lizarralde and Michele Townsend. Most of the time dealing with mortgage companies/realtors is not a pleasant experience (at least that has been my prior experience)...NOT THIS TIME. Al and Michele were both clear, they explained what documents they needed and why they needed them. They returned every single phone call and email. I truly felt like this company had our best interests in mind throughout the process. I didn't feel like I was just a folder with a $ attached to it... Great customer service, if I ever need to contact a mortgage company in NV again, I will check in with Al first. I will also be referring friends in need of a mortgage company to JFK Financial and in particular to Al or Michele. Thank you once again for the awesome customer service, that is rare.
