  • I didn't find my dream dress here but felt compelled to write a review because of the wonderful experience I had. I wish I remember the girls name that was helping me to give her a shoutout, she was extremely sweet and helpful, a great asset to Luv's staff. She had straight long blonde hair and I am pretty sure she said she had moved to AZ from Colorado? Anyway, I came alone to my appointment since my mom and maid of honor were both busy that day, and she encouraged me to still come out to the showing area in the dresses I liked best if I felt comfortable, which was very sweet. They have coffee, water, and little sweets for snacking. The only thing to note is that the showing area is open and public to multiple groups like a large stage, so if you are looking for a very private experience or don't want other groups of entourages seeing you, this probably isn't it. But it does add a fun energy like you are watching a runway show. All in all I recommend making an appointment here if you are a Phoenix bride looking for your dress!
