  • Just like other reviewers have said, poor customer service. They schedule a time of arrival, never show, then tell you "Sorry, schedule error". Owner was aggressive on the phone and offered another insincere "Sorry, what do you want me to do?". Come to find out (from their own guy) that the etching on our marble was from the wrong sealer applied. Unbelievable! If you like shotty craftsmanship, lots of excuses and an aggressive owner, you'll love this place. If you have lots of time to waste, waiting for their repair guys, you'll love this place.
