  • I discovered Flying Biscuit during a recent trip to Charlotte and visited twice. It's a delicious, creative breakfast spot (they have lunch dishes too, but I stuck with the former), low key and casual with easy prices. The food is a little inconsistent - biscuits were better the first time I visited than the second, when they were a tad undercooked - but the grits are to die for and their pimento cheese is delicious. Will definitely be back!
