  • If I can give a NO STAR review, I WOULD! Terrible customer service. The old lady at the front greets nobody. She also saw me standing right in front of her and didn't even acknowledge me. I came here to install four brand new tires I bought elsewhere and waited for 2 hours to get done. I was scheduled an appointment at 4:30 p.m. that day which I don't understand why, they had NO CUSTOMERS lined up. Once the tires were installed, I checked all four tires to make sure they were on, only two were installed and the other two tires were inside of my trunk. I walked back into the shop to let them know that the other two have not been installed and the manager just walked to the back to tell the guys to get it done. No apology was given and no sincere good-byes either. If you're going to do a shitty job at your job, at least have a better personality and hire a better receptionist to give customers better impressions when they first walk in. This place is crap. I hope they shut down. Poor Management, poor customer service, they are all so awful.
