  • I've had cats and dogs treated here and have always found the staff to be caring and professional. Dr. Ryan, in particular, is a kind, warm person whose love for animals is obvious. I would recommend her to anyone. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that, on one occasion I watched the front desk receptionist make a woman feel guilty because she opted against a recommended treatment due to the cost. I'm sure the pet owner didn't feel great about the fact she couldn't afford the care - there was no need to make her feel worse. I've heard this is done at many vets, sadly.
