I've had to lower my expectations of Salsaritas after several disappointing meals. One look at the rice and meat is all you need to see that food quality is not a priority. Rice should not be crunchy and the meat should be fresh, not crusted and dry. Salsaritas simply isn't in the same class as the other well-known Mexican restaurants. I've had similar experiences at the Indian Land location, so this isn't an isolated issue. There are much better options if you're looking for good, fast Mexican fare.
