  • Stood in the aisle politely waiting for 3-5 mins waiting for acknowledgement. I understand the employee was talking tequila with another customer but the employee clearly saw I was waiting and just walked away from me. After asking for help I was told "be over in a sec" and waited another 2 minutes waiting for the employee to finish doing something behind the cigar counter. Not helping a customer.
