I was approached with a sample during Christmas shopping. Within 30 seconds, the employee was slathering cream very close to my eye. I have very sensitive skin and became concerned, as I have had allergic reactions from "testers" in the past. Soon, the employee was telling me I had sun damage and started exfoliating my hand, all the while I began to feel the skin around my eye start to burn. I told her I had a spray tan and she needed to stop, because I didn't want my tan exfoliated off, but suddenly she acted like she didn't speak English and continued to exfoliate my hand/wrist. I left, and walked to the Lush store with my eye burning, where the employees there let me use a sink to wash my face. Lionesse employees cannot approach you outside of the bounds of the store or they get a fine-- that is how much of a nuisance they are. The sample was actually a lovely product, but cost of the products is outrageous and the in-store experience left me feeling VIOLATED.
