  • Ive used this business off and on for years. I am not back to "off" because it is so difficult to book and not worth the frustration. I told one therapist about my frustration with booking and she told me to text her directly. I did that the next time but she didn't respond for days and then when she did she told me it would've been faster if had called. I have left messages with no response back so then emailed the owner who's response was I will have so and so call you but if you don't hear anything call again. Well I didn't so I called but this is seriously ridiculous and as a small business owner if I got multiple emails about this issue I would be embarrassed and personally call the person back. This lack of appreciation for long term customers is something about this business I do not understand. Perhaps purchase an online booking system if you are not going to call clients back.
