| - Probably one of the more solid experiences I have had at a ULTA store thanks to Katy from Chicago. I just got a new position and needed a decent tattoo coverup. I walked in and was greeted by one of the employees. I started browsing aisles, and Katy asked if I needed any help. Which is rare, because I never get asked that at ULTA, I usually have to ask for help. I told her I was looking for a tattoo coverup and she recommended DermaBlend. She offered to find the perfect shade. The Arizona weather has left me with five different shades of brown skin, but after a few tries we found the perfect match. Katy was patient, attentive, and friendly. I asked her about the Naked Heat palette because at the front display there were no more. She found the last one they had on the shelf! Amazing customer service, thank you Katy!
The store itself is clean, and easy to navigate. I haven't gone beauty shopping in so long, so I was taking my time looking at each aisle.
I took one star off because I felt as if one particular older employee kept watching and following me. Everywhere I would turn I saw her. I wanted to say something, but I am not one to make a scene. I did want to point it out in my review, because it was obvious, made me feel uncomfortable, and disappointed because I spent $140 dollars on products tonight. Regardless, thanks to Katy and the cashier Reina, I will be back.
