  • This place is WAYYYY too full of itself and substandard to receive anything more than a single star rating. First off, their ID checkers have the arrogance and attitude of New York club bouncers - Hey fellas, don't flatter yourselves, it's a crappy dive bar (just because you get some low-end Scottsdale yuppies as regulars doesn't mean you're big time, K?). Thought they were bouncing at Studio 54 or something... Next up, the last two times I lowered my standards and entered this place I GOT NO SERVICE. AT ALL. I stood/sat up at the inside bar for a full 5 mins. once, and like a minute the next time, and said "Fuck this place. I'm never coming back here". Then, when I went to leave, I had to go through a phalanx of overly self-important security goons, and basically told them off. It's kind of a shame, too, because this place is like a 10 min. walk from my house. No, on second thought, it's no shame at all. For me. The shame is on them. Whatever!
