  • It's true that their customer service kind of sucks. I called on two separate occasions to ask if they had different items, one of which was a specific Halloween costume, and both times they said. "I don't know, we have a lot of costumes." That's cool and all, but every time I come in there is about 6 people working and it wouldn't hurt for one to get off their butts and go look since there all separated easily into sizes..AND because I am driving from 25 minutes away. That being said, I did find the costume I was looking for and it was reasonably priced. There are A LOT of items at this store and I can appreciate the quality of most of them. I will continue to come here when I need to find something I can't other places.
