  • Staff is rude, they just plain don't understand customer service. First time I went, the hangers tell you the size so I got a "large", go the register & the girl wasn't paying attention, didn't give me a bag just told me to put it my current bag from another store I was carrying, umm ok? Wasn't planning on going back but once home, the shorts were actually "xl"!! Unfortunately, I had to go back to return & went to the same spot grab the "large" & went to pay. I was the first one in the store (they had just opened) all 3 people working were hovering around the cashier talking loudly & being rude again. The guy ringing me up didn't even say "hi", never made eye contact or acknowledged me! I don't plan on ever going back in again. I'll make sure to go to the Adidas in the north outlets from now on.
