| - I couldn't find the Decatur location, so I'm posting here. I visit Decatur LVAC at least 5 times per week, for the past 3 months. Every time, I order a 'Berry Me' smoothie with no yogurt. A couple weeks ago when I ordered, I was asked if I wanted whey or soy protein. Because this was something I had never been asked before, I requested to make it 'as is'. When I tasted my smoothie, it was noticeably different. I explain this to the woman I ordered from, Carla, who is a manager. She literally said, "This is why I asked you if you wanted whey or soy." I explain to her that I had never been given the option so I ordered how I normally do. She was clearly irritated and upset, not to mention unprofessional. She made another drink for me and never thought to apologize for her staff's lack of product knowledge. Fast forward to today, I order the same thing from a young woman named Larissa and I specify that I want whey protein. When I get my drink, it noticeably tastes different. I return to Larissa and she tells me that they switched whey protein brands and that's why it tastes different. In comes a supervisor by the name of Noel who abruptly takes over the conversation and tells me they didn't change whey protein brands and Larissa is new. Again, no accountability for their staff's lack of product knowledge. He then tells me that I need to figure out what I want because I was there before with the same problem. I was shocked and at that time I asked for a card with the manager's contact info. There were no cards so he said there's only Carla to speak with. I knew that couldn't be the case so I ask Larissa and she tells me Junior is who I should direct my concerns. Still, no contact information which is again, unprofessional. Hopefully this gets to the appropriate person(s) and the customer service improves. I, nor the friends who work out with me, will be ordering from here again.
