My girlfriends and I decided to come to the MGM specifically for Fizz because one had been and wanted all of us to enjoy it as well. Our drinks were good, they had a great cocktail list and the ambiance was perfect. The reason I gave Fizz 4 stars is that we had a server who was definitely new and lacked experience. Once we handed her the bill she took FOREVER (about 30 minutes) to bring it back to us to sign and get out of there. That was unacceptable and i'm sure she was taught a lesson after the fact. Despite the long wait time, the GM Jason Manley made up for it with his Customer Service and actually ended up walking us into Omnia Nightclub. You can always have a bad experience that is resolved by good Customer Service. Jason we really appreciated that, thank you.
